What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is an ancient natural therapy with it’s origins in the East. It is based on the premise that the feet, hands and ears reflect maps of the whole body.

Reflexologists work on the principle that applying pressure and massage to reflex points on the feet, hands and ears stimulates a positive effect in the corresponding part of the body, creating balance and a deep relaxation which encourages the body to heal itself. Reflexologists may also work on meridians and specific acupressure points found on the feet hands and ears, this helps to clear any energetic blockages.

A Reflexology Treatment Session

Grace will work on your feet, hands or ears using light-touch and massage on reflex points, meridians or acupressure points. The treatment can be deeply relaxing and can make some people feel sleepy or even fall asleep.

Almost anyone of any age can have a reflexology treatment, it’s suitable for babies from four weeks old.

Baby Reflex Workshops for Parents

Baby reflex is a gentle, specially adapted and effective method of reflexology for babies and toddlers. Baby Reflex is taught to parents to use on their own babies.
