What I do
I teach motivated men and women how they can restore their health, balance and energy using diet and lifestyle and support them in optimising digestion.
A foundational part of my work is that I address the root cause(s) of your health conditions rather than simply treating symptoms. An example. When you have gas and bloating you could take a pill from the chemist to be less bothered by your symptoms. But that doesn’t do anything about why you’re having them. Are you not chewing? Are you eating on the go? Do you have an imbalance in gut bacteria? Are you eating foods you’re sensitive to? By finding out what is causing your gas and bloating we can address things at the root.
I look extensively at your health history. This allows me to get to know your personal situation well. And that’s necessary, because your body is different from everybody else’s body. So your diet will need to be different as well. This is why I don’t work with one diet or protocol – it just often doesn’t work!

My typical clients are men and women who experience:
- Digestive problems (IBS, acid reflux, diarrhea, constipation, bloating, nausea etc)
- Hormonal imbalance (PMS, menopausal problems)
- (Adrenal) fatigue
- Food sensitivities
- Skin issues
- Brain issues: mental unclarity, memory issues
- Depression and anxiety
- Chronic inflammatory diseases (anything ending in –itis)
- Auto-immune diseases
How does it work?
When you decide to work with me, I’ll send you an intake form. After you’ve filled that in we have an intake. Then you’ll do 5 days of food journaling. During the second session we start the actual coaching.
This work is not done in one or two sessions. Typically people need three months of sessions (of 45 minutes once every 2 weeks) to gradually change their diet and lifestyle and see lasting results. If you are dealing with complicated issues, it can take up to six months or longer, but we would see each other less frequently after some time.

I studied Naturopathy and Herbalism (5 years) in the Netherlands
